A client asked to implement a system for managing real estate properties. One of the parts of this system is a call center. The client’s operators do not work from the office and have a flexible schedule.

The client is OZON.ru — one of the biggest Russian online retailers. It’s main goods are books, electronics, music, and movies. After a few successful projects which we developed for them, they asked us to design and develop a modern version of a system for calculating delivery costs and conditions.

A client asked to get and keep the passenger’s attention on the screen by showing them a current road map and other useful information with widgets as well as advertisements.
